Privacy Policy

HDB Rental Co-Pilot helps landlords and tenants track a compliant HDB tenancy. This page explains what we store and why, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Your Google account email and display name (for sign-in).
• Tenancy details you enter: flat address, party names, rent, lease term, checklist progress.

Why

Solely to show you and the other party of your tenancy a shared progress tracker. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Referral slots are clearly marked and send nothing about you to anyone.

What we never collect

• NRIC/FIN numbers, passes, or identity documents — verification happens on official government sites (HDB, ICA, MOM, IRAS), never here.
• Photos — the inventory checklist tells you to keep photos in your own gallery.
• Payments — money moves directly between landlord and tenant.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your tenancy record is active. To delete your account and all tenancy data, email privacy@homeauto.com.sg and we will remove it within 30 days.
